The Gateway Story  

Gateway was conceived back in 2003 when it became obvious to the GTSA partners that the assistance one takes for granted in most western countries to buy real estate was not readily available in South America and in particular Argentina,  Brasil , Chile and Uruguay. Because there is less consumer protection available to investors here the only safeguard they have is to choose the right professionals to deal with. Gateway, together with its partners, has created a funnel that attracts foreign investors and introduces them to real estate opportunities that we believe will best serve the investors’ interests. We designed this News Blog to be complementary to our website and the other two main communication tools we use. Each month we publish for clients an ebulletin which contains relevant news  information for investors and a “Stock List” which provides the latest properties or opportunities.  If you wish to subscribe to these free services please go directly to our website.

Gateway fue concevido  en el 2003 cuando era obvio para elGrupo GTSA, que lo que se daba por hecho en la mayoria de los paises occidentales con respecto al asesoramiento en la compra de propiedades no estaba desarrollado en Sudamerica y en particular en Argentina y Uruguay. Dado que hay poca protección para el inversor, lo unico seguro que tienen a disposicion es elegir al profesional idoneo para manejar su negocio.  Gateway, junto con sus socios, ha creado un mecanismo que atrae a los inversores extranjeros y les presenta oportunidades reales que sin duda cubrirán sus expectativas.  Hemos diseñado un blog que complementa nuestro website siendo  las dos principales herramientas de comunicacion que usamos.  Cada mes publicamos para nuestros clientes un “ebulletin” que contiene toda la informacion relevante para los inversores y un  “Inventory List”donde se muestran  las ultimas propiedades que ingresaron para la venta.
