Montevideo Uruguay Real Estate Market Drops

The price per square meter property in Montevideo keeps dropping and the number of transactions is diminishing visibly. The average value of purchases and sales in the city fell, both in dollars and pesos, according to INE. According to The National Statistics Institute (INE), the number of real estate transactions declined 24.45%.
